These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Mano Patterns at manopatterns.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights continue to apply.

1. About Our Products

Mano Patterns sells digital products, including downloadable pattern files, digital documents, instructions, collections and related digital content.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products sold through Mano Patterns are digital only and no physical item will be shipped.

Please read the individual product title, description, included content, file information and any stated requirements carefully before purchasing so that you understand what is included.

2. Orders

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the selected product, quantity, email address, billing details and other information entered during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been successfully authorised and the order has been confirmed.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, duplicate transactions, obvious pricing or technical errors, or misuse of the website.

3. Prices and Payment

The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to any valid discount or promotion.

Any applicable taxes or other charges collected by us will be shown during checkout where required.

Payment must be successfully authorised before access to a digital product is released.

If a payment is pending, declined, cancelled or requires additional verification, access to the digital product may be delayed until payment is confirmed.

Available payment methods may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Immediate Digital Delivery

Our digital products are generally intended to be supplied shortly after successful payment.

At checkout, you may be asked to agree to immediate access to your digital download and acknowledge that, where applicable, you may lose your right to cancel once digital access begins.

This does not remove any mandatory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, materially not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

5. Receiving Your Digital Product

After successful payment, your order will normally be confirmed on the website and confirmation may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Digital access may be provided through the order confirmation page, a download page, your Mano Patterns account where available, an email, a downloadable document, or an access link contained within the materials supplied with your purchase.

Some products may use an external file-hosting or download service. Where this applies, the supplied link or access instructions form part of the digital delivery process.

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address at checkout.

If your order email does not appear, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders before contacting us.

If you successfully paid for an order but cannot access your purchase, please contact us before purchasing the same product again.

6. Guest Checkout and Customer Accounts

Where available, customers may purchase as a guest or create an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

7. Use of Products

Our digital patterns and files are licensed for personal use or individual business use only, unless a product page or included licence states otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy for distribution, or modify and resell the original digital patterns or files without written permission from Mano Patterns.

You may not make purchased digital files available to other people, whether for free or for payment, through websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, social media groups, cloud folders or other platforms.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use the supplied digital files under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original digital files or associated intellectual-property rights to you.

If an individual product includes different or additional usage rights, the licence information supplied with that product will apply.

8. Content Ownership

Website content created by or licensed to Mano Patterns, including product presentations, images, text, branding and digital materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit protected Mano Patterns content without permission, except for use expressly permitted under these Terms or an individual product licence.

Unauthorised distribution, sharing or resale of protected digital files may result in appropriate action to protect our rights.

9. Download and Technical Problems

If you successfully pay for a product but cannot access it, please contact us before purchasing the same product again.

When requesting assistance, please provide your order number, the email address used for the order, the product name and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of any error message may also help us resolve the issue.

If a file, download link or delivery method supplied by Mano Patterns is not working, we will normally attempt to restore access, supply a replacement file or link, or otherwise resolve the problem.

If we are unable to provide digital content that conforms to the purchase within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, any remedy required by applicable consumer law will continue to apply.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund, Returns & Digital Download Policy.

Because digital products may be supplied immediately, change-of-mind cancellation rights may be limited once digital access begins where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty, inaccessible, corrupted or materially misdescribed digital content.

11. Duplicate Purchases

Please do not place another order simply because a download email has not arrived immediately. Contact us first so that we can check the original order.

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible.

Verified accidental duplicate payments may be refunded where appropriate in accordance with our Refund, Returns & Digital Download Policy.

12. Incorrect Product Purchased

Please review product information carefully before completing checkout.

Purchasing the wrong digital product, changing your mind, or failing to review clearly stated product information does not automatically create a right to a refund after digital supply has begun.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

13. Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates or eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Digital products purchased during a sale, promotion or with a discount code remain subject to the same applicable consumer rights as other purchases.

14. Website Information and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing and website content accurate.

Occasionally, typographical, technical, pricing or other errors may occur.

Where an obvious error affects an order, we may correct the information, contact you before completing the order, or cancel and refund the affected transaction where appropriate.

15. Availability of the Website and External Services

We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery systems available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, payment-provider problems, external file-hosting services, internet outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an external download link or service used to deliver your purchase becomes unavailable, please contact us so that we can attempt to restore access or provide an alternative where appropriate.

16. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for ensuring that your device, software and internet connection are suitable for opening and storing the digital files you purchase.

After receiving your purchase, we recommend saving a personal backup of your purchased digital files.

Website accounts, email services, download systems and external hosting links may change over time, so keeping your own copy is recommended.

17. Payment Disputes and Unauthorised Transactions

If you do not recognise a transaction or believe a payment was made without your permission, please contact us promptly with the relevant order information.

You should also contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider if you believe your payment method has been used without authorisation.

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

For your security, never send full card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials to Mano Patterns by email.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mano Patterns is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, customer misuse of digital files, incompatible customer equipment or software, or failure to follow clearly provided download or usage instructions.

19. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may also be processed by payment providers and other services necessary to complete your purchase and deliver digital products, subject to their applicable privacy practices.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase is generally the version in effect when your order is placed, except where a change is required by law.

21. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or replace consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides greater rights than these Terms, those mandatory rights will apply.
